It’s built for former athletes who still want structure, challenge, and the edge that comes from owning your habits.

✅ What’s New (and Different Now):

  • You’re on your own team — no program or coach overseeing your inputs.
  • You check in for you — no one else is tracking it, which means it’s 100% self-accountability.
  • Scoring is optional — but still there if you want to track your consistency.
  • No weigh-in times or required check-in windows — check in when it fits your day.

How to Use It:

  1. Daily Check-In – Takes 10 seconds. Tracks your sleep, soreness, and overall feeling.
  2. Weight Logging (Optional) – Best done under consistent conditions (morning, before eating, same clothes).
  3. Review Your Trends – The system gives you simple feedback to help you spot patterns.
  4. Challenge Yourself – Join the XA 365 Challenge or build your own streaks. (Coming Soon)

What to Do:‍

  • We have set up a Daily Check-in event to build your routine.
  • It is expected Mon-Fri by 11:00 am. It is available at 8:00 am. You are scored for doing so on-time
  • On Sat & Sun, by 12:00 pm and is available at 9:00 am.
  • Answer the questions honestly to build awareness of your body, health, and recovery.
  • For the question, How did you sleep last night, take into consideration the following parametersWere you asleep for most of the night?
    • Did you sleep through the night without any wake-ups?
    • How did you feel when you first woke up? Did you feel rested or were you still tired?
    • How did you feel mid-morning? Were you hitting your peak, or starting to feel sluggish or tired?
  • Add your bodyweight for scored consistency. Weight consistency provides insights into nutrition, hydration and recovery.

  • A clearer picture of how your body is really doing.
  • A system that reminds you to take care of the things that still matter: sleep, hydration, recovery, nutrition.
  • A way to stay connected to the version of you that thrived in routine.

You’re no longer in the locker room—but your habits still drive performance, health, and how you feel each day. XA Score helps you keep that edge.

XA Score is a self-awareness system. Every day, you take 10 seconds to check in:

  • How did you sleep?
  • How sore do you feel?
  • How do you feel mentally/physically today?

Add in weight (optional), and over time you’ll see trends that help you make small, meaningful changes.

  4. Use the email you signed up with. Set your password.
